Refund policy
Your satisfaction is our priority at Stornfield. If you need to cancel an order or return an item, we have designed our process to be as simple and transparent as possible. Please review our full Return and Refund Policy below.
1. Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order within 5 minutes of placing it for a full refund. After this 5-minute cancellation window, your order will begin processing and can no longer be cancelled.
Once your cancellation is confirmed, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.
To request a cancellation, please email us immediately at support@stornfield.co.uk. If the 5-minute cancellation period has passed or your order has already been dispatched, you may request a return once the package arrives.
2. Our 14-Day Return Policy
We operate a strict 14-day return policy. This means you have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
3. Conditions for Return
To be eligible for a return, your items must be repacked carefully, preferably in their original packaging. Please note:
- Returns that have not been authorized by our team beforehand will not be accepted.
- Returns sent without a completed return form or valid tracking information cannot be processed.
4. How to Start a Return
- Contact our customer support team at support@stornfield.co.uk to request a return and receive your return label.
- Securely package your items.
- Drop off your package at your local Post Office or Royal Mail drop-off point.
5. Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Exceptions: If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, we will provide a free return label via email and cover all associated return shipping costs.
6. Damaged or Defective Products
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at support@stornfield.co.uk. To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:
- Your order number
- A clear photo showing the damage or defect
Once verified, we will send you a replacement product at no additional cost.
7. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you need a different item, size, or color, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order on our website.
8. Processing Your Refund
Once your return arrives at our warehouse, please allow up to 7 business days for us to inspect and process it. Approved refunds will be automatically credited back to the original payment method used during checkout.
