This shipping policy applies exclusively to orders delivered within the United Kingdom.

2. Processing and Delivery Times

We do our best to process and dispatch your order as quickly as possible. Please note our standard timelines:

  • Order Cut-Off Time: 5:00 PM GMT. Orders placed after this time will begin processing on the next business day.
  • Processing Time: 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday).
  • Transit Time: 5 to 10 business days (Monday to Friday).
  • Estimated Total Delivery Time: 6 to 13 business days (Monday to Friday).

3. Shipping Costs

  • Free Standard Delivery in the UK: We cover the delivery costs for all orders, with no minimum purchase required.
  • All our products are delivered directly to your home with no hidden shipping fees at checkout.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to update on the courier's system. If you do not receive your tracking number within 5 days of placing your order, please contact us at support@stornfield.co.uk.

5. Customs and Import Duties

Stornfield ships products from international warehouses. As a result, your order may be subject to additional customs duties, import taxes, or clearance fees upon arrival in the UK. Any such fees are determined by UK Customs and are the responsibility of the customer.

6. Delays, Lost, or Missing Packages

While we make every effort to meet our estimated delivery times, unexpected delays can occur due to high demand (e.g., sales or holidays), customs processing, adverse weather conditions, or carrier delays.

  • Delays: If your order exceeds the estimated delivery time, please contact us so we can investigate the status of your shipment.
  • Lost in Transit: If your package is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will offer a free replacement or a full refund.
  • Marked as Delivered: If your tracking shows "delivered" but you have not received your package, please check with your neighbors, safe places, or your local post office before contacting us.
