Calcium chloride desiccant for containers

Protection against moisture damage during transport and storage

Moisture is the biggest enemy of goods during transport in containers or during long-term storage in warehouses. Condensation can lead to corrosion, mold formation, and damage to packaging, often resulting in high losses. This calcium chloride desiccant has been designed to minimize these risks through high moisture absorption.

Powerful moisture binding through calcium chloride

The desiccant is based on calcium chloride, a highly effective substance capable of binding large amounts of moisture from the air. It is specifically designed for use in industrial environments such as containers or large storage areas, where reliable control of humidity is crucial. The substance actively removes water vapor from the surrounding air and converts it into a bound form, thereby maintaining stable relative humidity inside the container.

By using this desiccant, the risk of moisture damage caused by temperature fluctuations during transport is significantly reduced. It is robustly packaged to meet the demands of industrial environments and can be easily positioned in the areas to be protected. Its high capacity ensures effective protection even over long periods of time.

Benefits of use

• High absorption capacity: Calcium chloride efficiently binds large amounts of moisture from the air.
• Corrosion protection: Prevents the formation of condensation that could cause metal parts to rust.
• Mold prevention: Keeps humidity low to prevent mold growth on goods and packaging.
• Ideal for transport: Specifically designed for use in containers and for the storage of goods.
• Reliable performance: Provides constant protection throughout the entire transport or storage period.

Easy integration into everyday life

The desiccant is simply placed in the container or storage area. It works passively and requires no maintenance, making it an ideal solution for protecting valuable cargo.
