Thread the top end of the zip tie through the longitudinally laid plastic-coated steel pipe.

Press the left side of the zip tie firmly under the vertically positioned plastic-coated steel pipe to secure it.

Press the wire buckle on the right side to the bottom of the plastic-coated steel pipe, which is laid in the desired direction. The assembly is complete.
