Can I wear the corrector under my clothes? Yes! The HealthPost™ Posture Corrector is designed to be slim and snug, so it can be worn easily under a T-shirt or blouse. Under tighter outerwear, the shoulder straps may be slightly visible – many customers consciously wear it over a tank top for this reason.
How long should I wear it daily? We recommend starting with 15–30 minutes per day and gradually increasing the wearing time to 2–3 hours daily. The body needs to get used to the upright posture initially – more is not necessarily better here. After a few weeks of regular wear, the correct posture increasingly becomes a natural habit.
Is it suitable for men and women? Yes, the HealthPost™ Posture Corrector is unisex and equally suitable for men and women. Thanks to the fully adjustable shoulder and abdominal straps, it adapts to all body shapes. Just choose the appropriate size based on our size chart.
What is the difference between the variants? The HealthPost™ is available in different sizes (S to XL), which are based on chest and waist circumference. The sizes differ only in measurements, not in design or function. Our size chart helps you make the right choice. In case of doubt, we recommend choosing one size larger.
How do I wash it? The posture corrector can be easily cleaned by hand washing with lukewarm water and mild detergent. Then let it air dry – do not put it in the dryer, as this can affect the material and elasticity. This way it stays in shape and hygienically clean for a long time.
After delivery, you have 14 days to request a return . Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item is damaged or incorrect .
