What is EMS
Our intelligent hip and butt trainer uses EMS technology (Electrical Muscle Stimulation), which involves electronic muscle stimulation. This means body training using electrode mats that deliver a lower electric current through the muscle, achieving the same visible effect as intense training. One EMS therapy session is equivalent to about 3 hours of continuous regular training.
But it’s not just the muscles that are influenced by EMS training. Your skin also benefits from the training! The stimulation causes connective tissue to contract, thereby tightening your skin.
