Application

1. Turn on and enter weight: Turn on the device and enter your body weight on the LCD – this allows the sensor to calculate calories accurately.
2. Grab handles and start: Grab both handles and start swinging – the balls will find their arc automatically, no rope length needs to be adjusted.
3. Read statistics and improve: Between sets, read jump count, calories, and timer on the display, and increase your daily goal in the next training session.

Pro tip: Enter your actual body weight before you start – the motion sensor uses this value to calculate calorie consumption more accurately per rotation. A few grams of difference can make several calorie discrepancies over a 20-minute session.
