Gentle Awakening for a Better Start to the Day
The shrill ringing of a conventional alarm clock often pulls one out of sleep abruptly, leading to a stressful start to the morning. Especially during the dark winter months, getting up can be difficult when it is still dark outside. A more natural way to prepare the body for waking up can help start the day in a more relaxed manner.
Natural Light Simulation for the Sleep-Wake Rhythm
This alarm clock simulates a natural sunrise by gradually increasing the brightness in the room over a period of time. This gently signals to the body that it is time to wake up, even before the actual alarm sounds. Additionally, the device features a sunset function that gradually dims the light to prepare the body for rest.
The device has a clear LED display that shows the time digitally. In addition to the light function, an FM radio is integrated, allowing you to wake up to your favorite station. The ABS plastic casing is robust and designed in a modern, minimalist style. The operation is intuitively designed, making it easy to program alarm times and light effects.
