Our AB Rocket Trainer is a super smart trainer that is not only perfect for the abdominal muscles but also extremely effective for strengthening the arm, thigh, and glute muscles. The training on our AB Rocket is based on the inclined design and your body weight as resistance. You can choose between 4 resistance levels by changing the incline of the training bench, thereby gradually increasing the intensity of your workouts. Place your knees on the cushions, your arms on the handles, and pull your legs/knees up toward your stomach/chest. 5 minutes of training per day yields results.

The built-in LCD screen/training computer displays circularly how many calories you have burned, time, and movements per minute during the workout, ensuring that you stay focused while training.
