Stylish Yoga Block

Lightweight yoga block in brick shape that provides good support and deepens stretches. Great support and assistance in performing various yoga poses and exercises. Perfect for home and the gym. The yoga block is made from textured EVA, is PVC-free, and has rounded edges and corners for better comfort and easier grip.

A yoga block is often used as an extended arm for those who have trouble reaching the floor. However, the yoga block is also a great support for the back, head, or hips. But our yoga block gives you the ability to refine and adjust individual yoga poses.

Tip: It can be a good idea to have two yoga blocks - some exercises require support at multiple points of the body at the same time. You can also stack them on top of each other to reach even higher in some exercises.
